Anudin Wellness does not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we may offer replacements purely on a case to case basis and it is always our endeavour to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be.
Only the genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration. In case of any of these issues, the customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product(s). Beyond this period, the claim may be subject to rejection. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at anudinwellness@gmail.com or by calling on +91 7498463671 within 24 hours from the date of the receipt of delivery with all the evidences such as product photos having specific date stamp attached. Failure to do so may result in claim being rejected. In addition, the damaged/defective package must be returned to following address and must reach us within 7 days of the date of reporting of a damage.

Upon receiving the returned package, the same will be inspected and verified by our team. We will notify the concerned customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund/replacement request.
For all claims that are verified by Anudin Wellness to be eligible for a replacement or refund, replacements will be made in a period of 5-7 working days. In cases where the replacement is not possible due to shortage of stock or where customer requests for a refund, refund will be processed to the customer through NEFT. In this case, the customer will need to provide:

Upon receiving these details and subject to claim being verified to be eligible for refund, refund will be processed to the given account details within 5-7 working days. Please note that orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if the order is still to be dispatched, we may be able to consider the cancellation request. For such requests, you may contact us on +91 7498463671. Please note that cancellation requests may not be accepted through e-mails. Orders dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and will not be eligible for a refund.
Anudin Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order in below circumstances:
1) Products being purchased are out of stock for any reason. Customers will be notified in such cases and if customers do not wish to wait for additional period until product is back in stock, refund will be processed as per refund policy.
2) If the destination address of shipment is not serviceable for any reason (such as, but not limited to, courier service unavailability), order will be cancelled and refund will be processed as per refund policy.
3) Anudin Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order at its own discretion and for unforeseen circumstances
